These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dr Clean website and residential cleaning services offered under the Dr Clean brand, operated by Dr Clean Atlanta LLC ("Dr Clean," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a price, booking a service, creating an account if that feature is available, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Authority to Book
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to book Dr Clean services. By booking a cleaning, you represent that you own the property, reside at the property, manage the property, or otherwise have authority to authorize cleaning services at that location.
2. Service Area and Availability
Dr Clean currently provides residential cleaning services in Metro Atlanta, Georgia. Service availability may depend on property location, cleaner availability, scheduling capacity, property type, and other operational factors.
We may accept, decline, reschedule, or cancel a booking when reasonably necessary, including when a property is outside our supported area, the requested work falls outside our service scope, or safe and reliable fulfillment is not available.
3. Pricing and Property Information
Dr Clean may use the service address, property information obtained from public or commercial data sources, information you provide, selected service frequency, selected add-ons, and other booking details to generate pricing.
The price shown at checkout applies to the property and services reasonably described or identified during booking. You are responsible for reviewing the property details, service selections, add-ons, and price before confirming your booking.
If information used to price the service is materially inaccurate or incomplete, or if the property requires work materially beyond the booked scope, we may contact you to adjust the scope or price, offer additional services, reschedule, or decline work outside the booked service. We will not charge you for optional additional work without your authorization.
Prices may change over time. Any change to the price of a future recurring service will be disclosed before the affected service is charged. Taxes or legally required charges may be added where applicable.
4. Booking and Payment
When you book a service, you authorize Dr Clean and its third-party payment processor to process charges associated with the booking, including the displayed service price, approved add-ons or changes, applicable taxes, and fees permitted under the Cancellation Policy.
Depending on our payment workflow, we may authorize a payment method at booking and charge it before, on, or after the scheduled service. For recurring service, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for each scheduled cleaning unless you cancel in accordance with these Terms and the Cancellation Policy.
Payment-card information may be collected and processed by a third-party payment processor. Dr Clean does not require customers to provide full payment-card details directly to cleaning professionals.
If a payment fails, we may request another payment method, retry the payment where permitted, pause future service, or cancel an unpaid booking.
5. Recurring Services
If you select weekly, biweekly, monthly, or another repeating frequency, you are enrolling in recurring cleaning service at the frequency shown during booking.
Unless expressly disclosed otherwise before booking, recurring service does not require a long-term commitment. You may cancel future recurring service at any time. TheCancellation Policy still applies to any individual appointment that has already entered the late-cancellation window.
Recurring pricing may depend on frequency. If you change frequency, property details, service scope, or add-ons, the price of future services may change accordingly. We will disclose the applicable price before charging for the changed service.
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No Access
The Dr Clean Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
In summary:
- You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time without a cancellation fee.
- If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, Dr Clean may charge 50% of the scheduled service price.
- If a cleaning professional arrives but cannot reasonably access the property or begin service because of circumstances within the customer's control, Dr Clean may charge up to 100% of the scheduled service price.

7. Service Conditions
The Dr Clean Service Conditions are incorporated into these Terms. You agree to provide a reasonably safe, accessible, and serviceable environment and to disclose known hazards or unusual conditions that could affect the cleaning.
Cleaning professionals are not required to perform work that is unsafe, illegal, hazardous, materially outside the booked scope, or inconsistent with Dr Clean policies. We may stop or refuse service when conditions make the service unsafe or unreasonable to perform.
8. Cleaning Professionals
Dr Clean may use employees, independent cleaning professionals, contractors, subcontractors, or other service providers to perform booked services. Dr Clean manages the customer-facing booking, pricing, payment, scheduling, support, and service experience.
Customers may not require a cleaning professional to perform work that is unsafe, unlawful, outside the agreed scope, or contrary to Dr Clean policies.
9. Satisfaction and Re-Clean Requests
If you believe an area included in your booked service was missed or not cleaned to a reasonable standard, contact us at support@drcleanatl.com within 24 hours after the service. Please identify the affected area and provide photographs when reasonably helpful.
When appropriate, our preferred remedy is to arrange a reasonable re-clean of the affected area. Re-clean requests do not apply to work that was excluded, inaccessible, unsafe, outside the booked scope, caused after the service, or materially affected by inaccurate property or booking information.
Refunds, credits, or other remedies may be provided at Dr Clean's discretion or where required by law.
10. Damage, Breakage, and Pre-Existing Conditions
Customers should secure cash, jewelry, medications, firearms, important documents, collectibles, irreplaceable items, and unusually fragile or high-value property before service.
Report suspected damage or breakage to support@drcleanatl.com as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 48 hours after service. We may request photographs, purchase information, repair estimates, or a reasonable opportunity to inspect the item or area.
To the extent permitted by law, Dr Clean is not responsible for ordinary wear and tear, pre-existing damage, normal deterioration, unstable or improperly installed items, defective materials or fixtures, or damage that results from conditions that were not reasonably visible or disclosed before service.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be limited or waived.
Dr Clean maintains general liability insurance. Insurance status does not guarantee coverage for every claim or expand the contractual remedies, limitations, or obligations stated in these Terms.
11. Photos and Service Documentation
Dr Clean or a cleaning professional may create limited notes or take photographs when reasonably necessary for quality control, service verification, safety, access documentation, or damage documentation.
We will not use identifiable interior photographs of a customer's home for public advertising or marketing without appropriate permission.
12. Customer Conduct
We may refuse, stop, or discontinue service because of harassment, threats, discriminatory or sexually inappropriate conduct, unsafe conditions, suspected fraud, illegal activity, repeated payment problems, abuse of cleaning professionals, or repeated violations of these Terms or other Dr Clean policies.
13. Website Use and Intellectual Property
The Dr Clean name, brand, mascot, logos, website design, copy, graphics, software, and other content are owned by or authorized for use by Dr Clean Atlanta LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website only for lawful personal or household purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent bookings, impersonate another person, use automated methods to scrape or exploit the website, or use Dr Clean branding or content without authorization.
14. Third-Party Services
Our website and operations may rely on third parties for payment processing, property information, mapping, scheduling, communications, analytics, hosting, customer support, and other business functions. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices.
15. Appointment Times, Delays, and Reassignment
Appointment times may be affected by traffic, weather, earlier appointments, emergencies, access issues, or cleaning-professional availability. Unless we expressly promise an exact arrival time, appointment times may be treated as reasonable scheduling estimates or arrival windows.
We may reassign a cleaning professional, reschedule an appointment, or cancel a service when reasonably necessary. If Dr Clean cancels a service that has not been performed, you will not be charged for the unperformed service, or any payment already collected for that service will be refunded or credited as appropriate.
16. Service Results and Disclaimer
We aim to provide high-quality residential cleaning, but results can vary based on property condition, materials, age, stains, damage, maintenance history, clutter, and the services selected. Some stains, discoloration, deterioration, buildup, damage, or permanently altered surfaces may not be removable through ordinary residential cleaning.
Except for obligations expressly stated in these Terms or rights that cannot legally be waived, we do not guarantee a particular cosmetic result for conditions that ordinary cleaning cannot reasonably correct.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dr Clean will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or cleaning services.
For a claim arising directly from a particular cleaning service, Dr Clean's aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim, except to the extent applicable law does not permit that limitation or the claim arises from conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be limited.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply.
Before filing a formal claim, we encourage you to contact support@drcleanatl.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. Any unresolved dispute may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on drcleanatl.com with a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.
